Useful Information
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from approximately 12:00 on the day of arrival; check-in is from 12:00 to 19:00.
For arrivals expected after this time, please let us know.
Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out: You can stay in your room until 7:00 PM for a supplement of €30.00 to €50.00; this service is available upon request and subject to availability.
The internal, unattended car park is free and available to all guests.
If you'd like to arrive early, you can leave your car in our parking lot and start enjoying your holiday.
MEAL TIMES
BREAKFAST: from 7.30 to 10.00,
LUNCH: entrance to the dining room from 12.30 to 13.00,
DINNER: Entrance to the dining room from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
We ask you to respect the indicated times, as meals will not be served outside these hours, nor will refunds be given.
Refunds will only be issued if the customer notifies reception by the day before.
We also ask you to let us know at the time of booking if you have any allergies or intolerances.
The Full Board stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
PAYMENT
A deposit is required at the time of booking; the balance will be paid on the day of departure in cash, bank transfer, check, or debit/credit card.
Refund Policy: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, we will refund the full amount; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
ANIMALS
Small pets weighing up to 10kg are welcome, but are not allowed in the dining room.
For cleaning the room at the end of the stay, we will ask for a supplement of €10.00.
