HOW TO GET HERE
By car
A14 motorway, RIMINI NORD exit; at the toll booth, follow the road to the right following the signs for BELLARIA IGEA MARINA.
At the roundabout, take the third exit following signs for BELLARIA IGEA MARINA. Continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit toward MARE. At the roundabout on the seafront, take the second exit toward BELLARIA. Continue along the seafront and pass through the summer camp area.
Once you reach Bagno Gigi 93, turn left onto Via dei Mille. Go over the level crossing, and at the intersection, turn left onto Via Nino Bixio, and you're there.
By Train
Bellaria Igea Marina is located on the Rimini-Ravenna coastal line. Locanda Villa Fiori is 900 meters from Igea Marina station and is easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. After exiting the station, turn left and walk along the railway line. Take Via Nino Bixio and after a few hundred meters you'll find us at number 32.
By Bus
From Rimini station, take bus no. 4 towards San Mauro, a ride of about 30 minutes, and get off at stop no. 37 (Colonia Ticino). Walk along Via dei Mille and at the intersection after the level crossing, turn left, and you'll find us.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Rooms are available from approximately 12:00 on the day of arrival; check-in is from 12:00 to 19:00.
For arrivals expected after this time, please let us know.
Check-out is by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out: You can stay in your room until 7:00 PM for a supplement of €30.00 to €50.00; this service is available upon request and subject to availability.
The internal, unattended car park is free and available to all guests.
If you'd like to arrive early, you can leave your car in our parking lot and start enjoying your holiday.
MEAL TIMES
BREAKFAST: from 7.30 to 10.00,
LUNCH: entrance to the dining room from 12.30 to 13.00,
DINNER: entrance to the dining room from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
We ask you to respect the indicated times, as meals will not be served outside these hours, nor will refunds be given.
Refunds will only be issued if the customer notifies reception by the day before.
We also ask you to let us know at the time of booking if you have any allergies or intolerances.
The Full Board stay begins with lunch on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
PAYMENT
A deposit is required at the time of booking; the balance will be paid on the day of departure in cash, bank transfer, check, or debit/credit card.

Refund Policy: If cancellation occurs within 30 days of arrival, we will refund the full amount; otherwise, it will be forfeited.
ANIMALS
Small pets weighing up to 10kg are welcome, but are not allowed in the dining room.
For cleaning the room at the end of the stay, we will ask for a supplement of €10.00.
FAQ
Is the tourist tax applied?
Yes, in Bellaria Igea Marina a tourist tax is required, equal to €1.00 per person per day for guests over 18 years of age and for the first 6 days.
Are bicycles available?
Yes, we have several bicycles available (some with child seats) and they are free to use. Just ask at reception for the keys, which you will have to return upon your return.
How is the beach service organized?
We're located 5 minutes from the beach. Our guests can choose between using one of the few free stretches of beach with a kiosk at Beky Bay, or enjoying the services of Bagno Gigi 93.
Is it possible to leave luggage in storage?
Yes, you can leave your luggage in the hotel lobby, but it is advisable not to leave valuables there as it is unattended.
